Likewise, individuals can subscribe to alerts to receive notifications by email about new active vacancies in line with their interests, should they wish to do so. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill the described purposes.
No automated decisions will be made based on the provided data.

How long will we retain your data?
When there is NO active application and the interested party voluntarily submits their CV, the data will be retained for a maximum period of 1 year from the last interaction with the interested party, unless they oppose the processing or request deletion beforehand.
When there is an active application for which the candidate has applied, the data will be deleted once the selection process is completed, and the candidate has not been selected, unless they have given express consent for the retention of their data beyond that process (for a period of two years). In this case, the data will be deleted if consent is withdrawn or if deletion is requested.
As mentioned, once the selection process is completed, the data will be deleted, except for those that are necessary for formalizing, developing, and executing the employment relationship, which will be deleted when it ends, ensuring no responsibilities can be derived for the company.
For treatments based on legitimate interest different from those indicated above, the data will be retained as long as the interested party does not oppose the processing or request deletion, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. For treatments based on consent, the data will be retained as long as the interested party does not withdraw consent or request deletion.
You will need to update your CV by updating the data entered in the form available on the website or resending it if there are data that have changed or if you obtain new degrees or certificates. Due to the principle of data accuracy, we cannot keep inaccurate or outdated CVs.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures: managing CVs to conduct recruitment processes and find the best possible candidate for a specific job vacancy for which there is an open recruitment process in which the interested party has applied (GDPR, art. 6.1.b).
Legitimate interest of the data controller and the third party: communications via email or contacting by phone to inform you about the status of the applications to which you have applied (GDPR, art. 6.1 f). The company and the candidate have a legitimate interest, as this allows for efficient management of the selection process and keeps the candidate informed about the progress of their application, fulfilling the reasonable expectation created by applying for the vacancy. The use of these communication channels is a proportional and non-intrusive means. This treatment benefits both the company, which improves the candidates’ experience, and the interested party, who receives information about their situation in the selection process.
Regarding the legitimate interest of the third party, which in this case is the candidate, it also lies in their right and expectation to receive information about the status of the vacancies for which they have applied, allowing them to make decisions regarding their career and plan their next steps based on the information received in the process.
Legitimate interest of the data controller and of a third party: The retention of CVs proactively sent by candidates, in the absence of an active application, with the aim of being considered in future selection processes. This legitimate interest of the controller is based on the expectation of being able to fill future vacancies with suitable profiles without the need to open a new selection process. The creation of a database with received CVs allows the organization to avoid delays associated with publishing new job offers and the process of receiving applications, thus having previously evaluated profiles for future needs.
The candidate's legitimate interest lies in the reasonable expectation that, by sending their CV spontaneously, it will be retained by the company to be considered in case a vacancy arises that matches their professional profile. The candidate identifies the company as an employer aligned with their interests with the expectation of being considered for future job opportunities (GDPR, art. 6.1.f).Consent of the interested party: retention of CVs sent by interested parties for a specific active application for the purpose of being considered for other future vacancies (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
Consent of the interested party: sending alerts to the email provided by the interested party to inform them about the opening of new applications aligned with the interests of the interested party (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
To whom will your data be communicated?
Data processors: the company responsible for hosting the website, data hosting providers, talent recruitment platforms, and professional networks, as well as software management and business communication providers.

Likewise, individuals can subscribe to alerts to receive notifications by email about new active vacancies in line with their interests, should they wish to do so.
